This relatively short par 4 always appears fairly innocuous until you stand
on the back tee with a card in your hand. At xxx yards its not the longest
par 4 in golf, in fact some really long hitters can almost reach the green
by driving over the OOB down the left, however us mere mortals who can't
carry the ball at least 240 yards have to take the straighter route. This is
almost as difficult because first you've got to negotiate the extremely
tight tee shot through a corridor of trees. Once you've successfully put
your ball on the fairway (NB: any shot in the trees is almost always a chip
out sideways) and hopefully avoided the fairway bunker on the right at about
225yds then its a tough second into very small green. There is only one
bunker on the right but mounds and run off areas suck any wayward shot off
the green leaving a difficult chip for an up and down.
